1. The business

Goder v/Simon Degn, CVR 35619429, Østbanetorvet 7, 4. tv., 8000 Aarhus C, Danmark.

Email: hello@goder.dk.

2. Products and vintage condition

Products are primarily vintage, pre-owned or unique. Age, patina, repairs and wear may occur. The item pictured is normally the item sold, and known material condition issues are described on the product page.

Colour and proportions may vary slightly between screens and photographs. Contact us before purchasing if a particular detail is decisive for you.

3. Prices and orders

The total price, currency, applicable charges and delivery costs are shown before you approve the order. A binding agreement is formed when you receive the order confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors and the exceptional situation where a unique item was sold moments earlier. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you and reverse any payment.

4. Payment

Payment is handled securely through Shopify Checkout. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Goder does not receive your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery method, price and restrictions are shown before ordering. Normal processing time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. See the shipping page for details.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. The customer pays the direct return cost. See the returns page for deadlines, procedure, refunds and the model form.

7. Lack of conformity

Danish consumer purchases carry the statutory two-year right to complain about lack of conformity for which Goder is responsible. It does not cover matters clearly disclosed before purchase or ordinary wear after delivery.

Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue and include the order number, a description and preferably photos. A complaint made within two months of discovery will normally be considered timely.

8. Complaints

If we cannot resolve a dispute, a consumer may submit a complaint to the Danish Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints through Nævnenes Hus. Current conditions and value thresholds are shown in its complaint portal.

9. Governing law

The agreement is governed by Danish law. Consumers residing elsewhere retain mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence. Disputes are heard by the competent courts under applicable rules.
