Returns and withdrawal.

The period begins when you, or a person appointed by you, receives the item. If items from one order are delivered separately, it begins when the final item is received.

Before the deadline, send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Use the contact form or email hello@goder.dk. Merely refusing delivery or not collecting the parcel is insufficient.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. You pay the direct return costs and bear the risk until we receive it.

Pack the item securely, preferably using the original transit packaging. Contact us before returning large or fragile objects so the transport method can be agreed.

The return address is Goder v/Simon Degn, Østbanetorvet 7, 4. tv., 8000 Aarhus C, Danmark. Do not send cash-on-delivery or unannounced non-standard deliveries.

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If it has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, you may be liable for a documented reduction in value.

Vintage patina and wear disclosed before purchase do not in themselves change your rights, but the item must be returned in the condition resulting from ordinary inspection.

We refund the amount received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until the item is received or you provide evidence that it has been returned.

The refund normally uses the original payment method. Additional cost arising from a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery is not refunded.
