Each object is packed according to its size, material and fragility. Available delivery methods and the total price are shown before you complete your purchase.

Processing time
In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days unless the product page states otherwise or a different arrangement has been made. You will be notified when your order is on its way.
Transit time is additional and depends on the destination, carrier and size of the object.
Price and destination
Standard delivery in Denmark costs DKK 55 and is free for orders of at least DKK 300. Express delivery is not offered. The final delivery price and any geographical restrictions are shown at checkout.
If your destination is unavailable, contact us for a quote before purchasing.
Import duties, customs charges or local fees for delivery outside Denmark are disclosed or handled according to the rules applying at the destination.
Large and fragile objects
Art, glass, ceramics and larger lamps may require special packaging, a courier or arranged collection. If an item requires a special solution, we will contact you before dispatch.
Collection is only possible by prior agreement. Your order is ready when you receive a separate confirmation.
Damage in transit
Please inspect the parcel on arrival. If an item has been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible and keep both the item and all packaging. Photos of the parcel, damage and shipping label help us handle the matter.
This procedure does not limit your statutory rights.
